ASTEROIDS, meaning star-like objects, is a series of brief sound-glimpses of worlds barely visible yet significant to ours. A project born of lock-down, Asteroids moves from the claustrophobic boundaries of the self into the imaginative world of an infinite universe of which we all form part. Each track reflects an elusive aspect of these wandering bodies, translating the silent vacuum of space into an immersive sonic world of relationships, cause and effect. These vignettes evoke stories on different scales of time and space transporting one to a mysterious past or undisclosed future.
